Ayurvedic Stay

In accordance with the ayurvedic health system, we propose a week according to Ayurveda. Diet and traditional treatments have a prominent place in the balance according to Ayurveda.

Program:

- A light diet consisting in detoxifying the body of all toxins by respecting the importance of the 6 flavors with each meal.

- Daily care to detox tissues, increase circulation, calm the mind and improve immune function.

- Yoga classes to strengthen your body while improving your flexibility.

- Introduction to learning massages in Ayurveda

- Ayurvedic cooking workshop

Pack 4 days / 4 nights : 435 € / person (twin room) or 550 € / person (private room).
